a) General

Our web servers automatically log every visit in a temporary log file. User-specific data (the IP address of the requesting computer, identification data of the browser used, the operating system of the requesting computer, the amount of data transferred, the name of the Internet Service Provider, the date and time of access) and technical data (the name and URL of the referring web page when the website was accessed via a link and, additionally, the search term if it was accessed via a search engine) are logged and analyzed anonymously by us. First and foremost, this data is needed to enable the use of our content (connection set-up), and is also used for system-related purposes, such as technical administration and system security.

b) Account registration

In order to use some of our online services, in particular to sign up for the subscription process (“Token Sale”), you must first register by entering and confirming your email address.

c) Online forms

We collect the data you fill in online forms such as contact forms. The information you provide us with will only be recorded in our IT systems.

d) Token sale

Within the subscription process, you will be asked to enter personal data. We may transfer your personal data to other service providers if it is necessary for the completion of the Token Sale. This encompasses the transfer of data necessary to KYC (“know your customer”) and payment service providers.

3. How do we use your data?

We do not use data as described above for any other purposes, unless you have given your express consent to additional data processing when using certain services.

Collecting data helps us to develop and improve our digital presence and to optimize our services. We will use the data we collect about you as described above for the following purposes:

In the event that Horizon Globex GmbH engages third parties to provide the services, it will be authorized to make available to them the data necessary for this purpose. These third parties are subject to the same obligations with regard to data protection as Horizon Globex GmbH itself. Apart from this, personal data is not transferred to third parties or otherwise transmitted without your express consent. We will retain your information for no longer than necessary and it will remain confidential. This excludes the transmission of personal data to governmental institutions and authorities as well as to private persons with a right thereto based on statutory regulations, court orders or regulatory decisions, as well as its transfer to governmental institutions for the purposes of taking legal action or prosecution should our legally protected rights be challenged.
